    We have had the truck for corporate events - a big hit! Something for everyone - meat lovers, vegetarians, etc.!!!!! Highly recommend. The owner is extremely responsive and easy to work with

    So, I was fortunate enough to be able to get The Lobos Truck and I got their 'Classic' waffle fries nacho plate. Brisket, bacon, and mac and cheese were the main players but ranch dressing, Lobo sauce and more cheese were also involved. I thought the price tag was a little steep-because I was expecting a pretty small cardboard serving tray with a couple slivers of brisket, a scattering of bacon bits. I was WAY OFF, when my order was ready and I picked it up it was the giant styrofoam tray you see before you-and it was LOADED with brisket and bacon and mac and cheese just spilling out everywhere. I figured the utensil would be unnecessary, figuring I could just scoop up the toppings easily. I obviously needed it to wade through all the richness that was the Wachos. I'll be sure to look for them again soon, hopefully I'll have skipped a meal or two at that point.

    Went here for yelp badge day and tried the BBQ chicken sandwich, I was surprised by how good they were. Also their fries are crazy flavorful!

    "So tell me Wacho want, Wacho really really want" - Spice Girls Wacho mean, what are Wachos? They're a signature creation of the Lobos Truck, consisting of waffle fries with nacho toppings. I think the definition of nacho "topping" is a little vague, because when I think of nachos I picture a generous amount of melted cheese sauce, beans, tomatoes, avocado, jalepenos, and a fat dollop of sour cream. They do not offer anything of that variety, unfortunately. I went to order Green Dragon Wachos, but the guy taking my order warned me that they were really, REALLY spicy. Thanks for the heads up! Nevermind! Take two: I ordered BUFF WACHOS ($7). These are really waffle fries that taste like buffalo wings. Again, nothing nacho about them, but no complaints here, they were delicious! With hot sauce, bleu cheese, bacon, scallions, and ranch, one serving made a decently sized meal. Dare I say...I thought this food truck was reasonably priced? YES! They offer other food too, like burgers, wings, ribs, mac n cheese, and salad. I thought the prices were good compared to other food trucks. If I see The Lobos Truck at another event, I'll have to return! Food: 4, Service: 4, Environment: 4, Price: 4
